13 Blanc de Blancs

This delicous crisp bubbly, with hints of apples, pears and almonds on the noise, offers lushious layers of texture that tantalize the tongue. This vintage is more fruit forward in style than previous vintages. Enjoy this sparler while sitting on the pier watching the sunset and eating oysters on the half shell, sushi, sashimi, uni, grilled shrimp and pineapple kabobs or a grilled white fish. Get ready for a bubbles ballet! This sophisticated sparkler is a lovely sun kissed peach color with notes of red delicious apples, pear blossom and apricots, enhanced by a toasty aroma, on the nose. It’s elegant on the palate, with limestone minerality and hints of persimmon on the finish. Angels on horseback is the perfect hors d'oeuvre to pair with this sparkler. Lox, bagels, cream cheese and capers or flounder sautéed with a light cream sauce are other yummy pairings. 14 Crémant

This pale lemon colored sparkler has lovely aromatics of tangerine and white peach that tantalize the nose. Fresh tangerine flavors burst through on the palate. The bright finish includes the texture of limestone on the mid-palate. Lemon curd and Key lime pie pair perfectly with this tasty sparkler. Also, serve with eggs Benedict for brunch or with appetizers such as brie, prosciutto and bresaola. Aging potential is 4-6 years.
